Bridgette est une jeune australienne de 15 ans .Elle réside dans une famille de Sanary pour une durée de 6 semaines et est scolarisée au collège La Guicharde dans la classe de 4ème 3 dont certains élèves font partie de la section euro.C'est une expérience très enrichissante non seulement pour Bridgette mais aussi pour les élèves du collège.
Bridgette is fifteen years old .She comes from Brisbane in Australia. She has decided to spend 6 weeks in France to discover our country , to improve her French (she has been learning French for two years) , to meet new people and learn more about the French way of life and have fun !!
Last Monday we listened to Bridgette's presentation on Brisbane: she talked about her city, her family and her school.It was very interesting! Here is the video (a part of it)

- "My timetable is very different , we start at 8:30 am every day and finish at 3:15 every afternoon.
I study 8 subjects , these include : French, English , Mathematics , Science , Religious Education , Enterprise Education (business) , Sport , Social Science (history and geography) and Careers. Our lessons go for 45 minutes and we usually have each subject 4 or 5 times a week.
We also have 2 breaks in our timetable, which are called morning tea and lunch.We can eat at both of these breaks, however we can't go home.For lunch you can either buy food from the pantry ( = canteen) or bring tyour own lunch.
Overall , while school in Australia is very demanding it is also very fun ! "
